Sending mail to any mailbox or user account associated with this system or the system's operators will automatically signify your acceptance to the above terms and conditions. Any person or organisation sending mail will be invoiced and payment is due within one calendar month from the date of invoice.

Failure to pay the invoice on time will result in the assumption that you did not wish to utilise our consultancy services and therefore unlawfully modified data contained on a computer system. Legal proceedings will be instigated against you for breach of "The Computer Misuse Act 1990" and or appropriate United States law.
